Lesson Changes: We set aside a specific time to each individual and cannot fill that slot with another student in the event of an absence. Each session has nine (9) scheduled lessons filled in for each rider, and we will now have a set day and time each session for one make-up lesson. This is for any student who misses a lesson due to vacation, sickness, or otherwise. This will be the only make-up scheduled unless there are instructor cancellations or horse health conditions where the horse cannot be ridden. In the event that a student owns a horse and cannot attend a particular lesson, the instructor will ride the horse during the day of their lesson at no additional cost. This allows the horse to remain on a training/workout schedule, the instructor to know the horse better, and in turn helps the instructor prepare a lesson plan to teach the student and horse. |
